We have already noticed a difference in our electric bill too! Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had the best quality and design while making sure to keep the pricing and financing. Tom also went the extra mile to help with some extra work we needed done with drywall. We will definitely be recommending Pacific Builders and using them when we are ready for our patio cover!

I had a 15ft by 30ft patio cover installed along with new concrete that was stamped, stained and sealed and has ceiling fans and string lights added on as well. By any standards, this was a complicated and big home improvement project, my first. They took me step by step through the process, from design to permitting to the detailed finishing (very important). Dave is an owner that stands by his word, and he treats his customers like he would his own family, making sure they are taken care of and happy with the final project. He stayed in communication with me and made sure everything was being taken care of to my satisfaction. With a project like this, communication is so important. The final product is like a paradise in my backyard, which I am ecstatic about, and the neighbors are impressed. The pergola is built like a tank, the concrete is a beautiful color and design, and the sunroom is a wonderful and relaxing garden space. Great vision, design, and great follow through to the end. I can’t think of a better company to have built my dream back yard! Thank you, Dave, and the talented crew of Pacific Builders!!

MargaretApril 3, 2023I’ve used Pacific Builders in the past for both a pergola and window project in my former home. So this is my 3rd project with them, and I believe in giving my business to companies who have already proven themselves. My current project is an 18x18 patio plus pergola with lights and fan at my new home. I worked with a fantastic sales person - Tom Palombi - who knows his stuff and is both professional and personable, oh and easy to work with. The project Mgr Jim Nordquist, also great and kept this project on time despite the weather challenges. The cement team - excellent, the pergola team - amazing quality work, the electricians - again fantastic. This is a hard working team who cares about their product and the customer. All around a great experience! Extra kudos for cleaning up afterwards. Thank you Pacific Builders!
